I went to pick my bike up at dealer. Was in for 600 mile service. Dealer did not even remove the cylinder head cover to retorque head bolts. I could tell because the gasket material had not changed. They said that retorqueing the head was not part of the 600 mile service. I looked in there servic manual and sure enough it was there. My owners manual also has retorque head bolts at 600 mile. The are trying to charge me 2.1 hours taken from a chart.
Question: is retorqueing the heads part of 600 mile service.
It seems 2.1 hours is alot of time just to adjust the valves and check belt tension.
Is there a suzuki number I can call to clear this up.
